Age Limit : UPPRPB has arranged distinct age limit for male and female candidates
1. For Male Candidates : Age Limit is 18 yrs to 22 yrs
2. For Female Candidates : Age Limit is 18 yrs to 25 yrs.
Educational Qualification : Only 12th Passed or its equivalent
examination qualified candidates can fill the form of UP Police.
it means candidates should have passed class 12th Board examination or its equivalent examination.

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.2000
How to get Selection : Candidates will have to appear and pass in the Physical Efficiency Test , Health Care Exam and Written test for get joining in UP Police.
Application Fee : All The Candidates are required to pay Rs. 200 as application fee in the form of system generated challan in SBI /Punjab National Bank.

How to Apply : Candidates can apply through Online mode only before 18th August, 2013.
Steps to Apply Online :
1. Candidates are first required to obtain the OMR Application from the Post Office by paying the prescribed amount.
2. Fill the form with all details and submit it in the same branch.
3. Now, Candidates have to visit the official website i.e
http://uppbpb.gov.in & http://prpb.up.nic.in for filling the online
form.
4. Before going to fill the form, candidates should have scanned
photograph and signature.
5. Click on " Candidates Registration " link and fill the form.
6. Now take the print out of registration slip and E-Challan.
7. Go to SBI/Punjab national Bank and make payment.
8. After one day again login and fill the transaction ID, Journal number and all other details .
9. Upload Scanned photo and signature .
10. At last click on submit button and take print out of application form.
