Andhra Bank Recruitment 2013 Vacancy Details :

Name of Post : Company Secretary
Grade of Post : MMGS-II

Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit : Candidates Age should be above 18 yrs and below for 33 yrs.Candidates Age Limit as on 31-05-2013.

Education Qualification :
1. First class Graduate with 60% from a recognized university or equivalent (CGPA) or equivalent qualification recognized as such by Government of India.
2. Pass in final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI),New Delhi
3. Associate membership of the ICSI, New Delhi & Computer Knowledge Essential.

Experience Preferable : Three years of experience as Company Secretary, in any reputed organization or company.

Selection Procedure : Selection procedure will be by way of written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview.

Probation Period & Service Bond : The candidates selected as Company Secretary in MMGS II will be required to execute a Service Bond undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years or to pay the Bank a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-.

Pay scale : The selected candidates will be placed at the minimum of the pay scale of Rs.19400 – 28100 in MMGS-II cadre.

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued recruitment notification for filling up 68 vacancy of Security Guards Posts in specified categories of RBI Under Ex Servicemen Quota. RBI Recruitment 2013 Vacancy details :

Name of Post : Security Guards (Only for ex-servicemen)

Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit : Candidates age limit of 25 years(28 for OBC and 30 years for SC/ST) as on June 1, 2013 is further relax able to the extent of number of years of service in Armed Forces + 3 years subject to maximum upper age limit of 45 years.

Education Qualification : Candidates must be possess Minimum Xth std pass & Maximum under graduate. An Ex-Service Man having passed Army Special Certificate of Education will be deemed to be a Matriculate.

Experience : Ex-servicemen with proper military background who have been actually in military service.

Place of work : Vacancies are in the Bank's Offices at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai (Belapur) and Pune. Selected candidates may be
posted at any of these centers.

Description of Duties : Guarding Office/Residential premises and Bank’s Properties.

Pay and Allowances : Initial starting pay of Rs.6350 + A.S.P. Rs.170 per month in the scale of Rs.6350-220-7230-260-8010-300-8910-400-9710-500-11710-680-13750 (20 years). Total emoluments at the current rate of allowances will be Rs.15,545/- (approx.)

Selection Process : The candidates short listed for the posts of security guard may have to undergo written test and/ or interview and their selection will be made on the basis of their performance in the written test and / or interview.
