Osmania University will be Conduct Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test(APSET) 2013 on 22th Sept, 2013. Osmania University has published AP SET notification for recruitment of Assistant Professor in different Colleges/ University by conducting the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) 2013. Eligible & Interested candidates Can apply through Via Online mode of application on or before 31th July, 2013. Further details of AP SET 2013 is mention below.

Eligibility criteria for AP SET 2013 :

Education Qualification : The candidate must have a Master’s Degree from a UGC recognized university with minimum 55% marks for General/BC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/PH/VH. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their Post-Graduate examination may also appear in this examination.

Application Fee :
1. General Candidates Need to Pay Rs. 700/-
2. OBC Candidates Need to Pay Rs. 500/-
3. SC/ST/PH/VH Candidates Need to Pay Rs. 250/-

Scheme of Examination of AP SET 2013 :

Session Paper Number of Questions Marks Duration First I 60 out of which 50 questions are to be attempted 50x2=100 1¼ Hours (09.30 am to 10.45 am First II 50 questions all of which are compulsory 50x2=100 1¼ Hours (10.45 am to 12.00 noon) Second III 75 questions all of which are compulsory 75x2=150 2½ Hours (01.30 pm to 04.00 pm)

How to Apply : Eligible Candidates can apply through Online by Osmania University portal www.osmania.ac.in or AP SET 2013 Portal www.apset.org. After Submission of  the application form, take the print out of your registration for future reference.

Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 22 yrs and 35 yrs as on 01-07-2013. Age Relaxation will be applicable as per govt norms.

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have H.P.M.V or H.G.V or Transport Vehicle licenses.

Application Fee : 

1. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- .
2. SC/ST/BC/Exservice man candidates are not required to pay anything.

Selection Process : Selection will be done on the basis of performance in Interview and Driving test.
